The Serta Ergonomic Executive Office chair with motion technology is adjustable and has lumbar support. The chair can be used without the arms and has excellent lumbar support. Customers have noted that the seat cushion goes flat quickly and the lumbar support can be uncomfortable for some people. The chair is sturdy and has a weight limit of 250 lbs. The cord that allows the chair to recline can be faulty. There were issues with the packaging, but assembly was not difficult. The quality control department needs improvement. The lumbar is too large for some people and causes discomfort. The saddle is short and does not give enough front-to-back room on the chair.
