Answer: You can use a Samson SE10 earset microphone that terminates to a mini-XLR (P3) connector. You can record only audio to smartphone apps that accept external microphone (for example GarageBand for iPhone). -

Will this work with galaxy s10?
Answer: The Go Mic Mobile will work with the Galaxy S10. To record video to the phone, you may need to use a third party video application like Open Camera. -

How do you keep the mic from cutting out?
Answer: Keep the batteries changed, cheap fix, but the Go Mike Mobile does use up the battery. I change it every day of usage.
