The dash cam mount has a strong adhesive and a tight grip that keeps the camera in place. It's easy to install but there are no instructions provided. It works well for Apeman C550 and Rexing V1 dash cams but isn't compatible with the Rexing V2 and Aukey 4k dash cams. Some users have had to modify the mount to make it work with their camera. The adhesive on the plastic side failed for one user which made it hard to remove from the windshield. Overall, it's a good replacement mount for a new car.
