Answer: I'm not familiar with the New Haven system. But this sensor definitely works with the latest Simpli Safe version. Not the older version. If you don't have Simpli Safe then don't purchase this sensor. You have to program the sensor into the Simpli safe software. -

How far apart can the sensors be on door frame molding to door?
Answer: My system says 2”, the greatest distance of any sensor I have found. -
