Any more info appreciated re: sit bone protection and space for front comfort?
Answer: The front is contoured for crotch comfort. The pads are in the rear and provide shape. There is a band that flows from the rear through the hip bone to the front of the garment. -

Can I buy replacement pads? Mine have gone flat
Answer: No replacement pads can be bought. Ideally, keep alternating (space of one week), between two boxer briefs. This gives breathing time for the alternate one you are not wearing, to regain shape. BTW, always wear over a brief, so you do not have to wash Underworks too often. -

How thick are the pads?
Answer: Good enough. Should have had a more defined indentation in the center though.

Underworks Men's Padded Rear Boxer Brief for Butt Lift 3-Pack is a comfortable and effective product for enhancing body shape and providing sit bone protection. The front is contoured for crotch comfort. The bands flow from the rear through the hip bone to the front of the garment. Although the front may take some getting used to, this product is a good value for the money. Unfortunately, replacement pads cannot be purchased. The pads are good enough in thickness, but some customers wish that the center indentation was more defined.
