Bowflex Weight Bench Series Review The Bowflex Weight Bench Series 3.1 has received mixed reviews. Customers overall have had positive experiences since the bench is made of good quality steel and has adjustable seat angles of up to 45 degrees. It is sturdy and suitable for those who lift heavy weights and provides four levels of incline and decline. However, the bench has its shortcomings. The seats are not entirely adjustable, and the leg rests are not adjustable. Customers have reported that in some instances, legs pads/support does not lock into place when adjusted, but this is largely due to incorrect assembly of the hardware. Additionally, the bench can be slippery on hard floors as it only has plastic feet, and some users have needed to purchase mats to keep it in place. Finally, it can be bulky and can take up a lot of space after assembly (not ideal for apartments).
