The Eco Advance ConcreteMasonry Siloxane Waterproofer is a great product which is easy to apply, just spray it on all the mortar and or bricks and you'll have a waterproof surface that will eliminate your leaky chimney. Some customer’s complained about the misguidance given by the company as the label advertises that it covers 240 sq. Ft. But in the application instructions it recommends 2 coats and they had to reorder the same amount. One customer reported that it sealed the concrete almost right away and that it was easy to clean up and that they used a roller with extension rod and it covered surface great. One other customer reported it did a great job on flagstone, however it is too early to tell how it will hold up. It seems to have worked for the first rain to seal my chimney brick. It is a great waterproofing product that saves your brick work and walkway.
