Customer Feedback: - The device is not a transfer switch even though it can be used to isolate generators from houses. - It is a large device, so customers should make sure it is what they need before purchasing. - Some customers experienced seized screws on the device due to over-tightening. - The device comes with a ground lug kit. - There is confusion about whether the device is 2P (two pole) or 3P (three pole). The description says 3 wire, which means it's a 2 pole with a neutral bar.
