Question:
How much powder to liquid is used?
Answer: We find that a rough ratio of 2 tsps of powder per oz of tap water creates nearly instantaneous gelling. If the liquid used is not pure water (coffee, milk, etc.), more powder will be necessary. It varies depending on how slushy u want it to be.
