This 42U 4 Post Open Frame 19" Network Server Rack Cabinet is a solid and sturdy product that offers adjustable depth between 24"-37". It requires assembly, and while the instructions may be difficult to follow, the rack comes together well and is robust once fully assembled. The wheel configuration can render the brakes useless, however, when the front bracket covers access to the wheel brakes. Customer feedback for this product has been mixed. Some customers received racks with dents, missing paint, broken welds, and missing screws. This can be frustrating as the instructions are minimal to begin with and missing screws only add to the assembly time. However, when everything is included as advertised, the product proves to be sturdy and of great quality. One customer even noted the excellent customer service provided by the owner of the company when parts were missing.
