Answer: Every brake pad set sold is for one axle (front or rear). So there would be two inner pads and two outer pads for the front brakes, or the rear depending on what you're looking at. -

Would this set fit for my honda accord 2005 lx 4 cylinder engine? how is it different from 45022-sda-315?
Answer: The 315 is a newer number than the 305. Same part. Whichever is ordered you will get the most current version. -
Question:
I need to replace the brake pads on my two front wheels. Do I need to buy one or two items?
Answer: Disc pad comes in pairs of two which means one order of disc pads is a set of two. Hence, for two front wheels, you would need to purchase two sets of disc pads.
