It fits perfectly and provides an instant facelift to cover the old skimmer cover. It is easy to install, just snap on without any tools required. This plate has an outside dimension of 18.5" wide by 8.895" tall and inner dimension of 15.22" wide by 5.59" tall. Unfortunately, it does not work on an above ground pool. Overall, it is a great quality plate that is easy to put on and take off. It helps hide the ugly screws and gives the pool a finished look.
