Cramer Padding Supplies Editorial Review
The Cramer Foam Cast Covers Kit has garnered a varied reception from customers who have utilized it primarily to facilitate continued participation in sports while managing cast injuries. Generally, users appreciate the foam's high density and protective qualities, which ensure that the cast remains secure during physical activities. Many customers have reported successful experiences, noting that the foam met league regulations, allowed for easy customization to fit different cast shapes, and was ultimately effective in providing adequate protection. A common theme in reviews is the foam's durability. Customers often mention the ability to reuse the foam multiple times without it tearing, even under the stresses of contact sports. The ease of cleaning the foam with a damp cloth and the capacity to hold up well in different sports scenarios have also been frequently highlighted. However, some users expressed challenges in wrapping the foam around casts due to its density, which can make it stiff and difficult to manipulate. Some reviewers mentioned that forming custom pieces for different areas of the arm was necessary, leading to increased demands for preparation time and materials, such as self-adhesive bandages. Additionally, the cost of the foam was criticized, with some customers noting they had to purchase more product than required for their needs. Overall, the Cramer Foam Cast Covers Kit is well-regarded for its protective qualities and durability, but potential buyers should be prepared for some challenges regarding the ease of use and higher pricing. **
