It allows for quick and easy drying of the silverware, which is exactly what it needs to do. With large capacity, it can hold lots of utensils. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the utensils slipping through the sides of the basket daily. Also, the product came with a UPC sticker on the bottom, which was a huge pain to remove, and utensils easily get stuck and angled so that removing them is frustrating and tedious.
