Where does Tiny Footprint Coffee do its roasting?
Answer: Tiny Footprint Coffee does all of its roasting and training in its roastery in Minneapolis, MN, where it is working towards carbon negativity from fully bio-degradable coffee bags, high-efficiency lighting and fuel-efficient ribbon burners on its roaster, to composting coffee grounds and reducing waste around the shop. -
Question:
If I choose 'Ground', is it ground for cold press coarseness?
Answer: Absolutely. I used it in my cold press and it produced a perfect product. -
Question:
Approximately how many ounces would this make?
Answer: We recommend brewing at a 1:6 ratio so by that math we would add 96 oz of water to 16 oz of ground coffee. This will yield approximately 90 oz of cold brew concentrate (very strong coffee) which we would dilute at a 1:1 ratio, giving us a total of 180 oz/1.4 gal of ready to drink cold brew. Is 'Cold press' ok to hot press?
Answer: Course beans best for cold brewing. You can but it will not taste the same. You could also cold brew them then delude it with boiled water. Ps. If you did hot press it can you give your take on it. -

Answer: No roast date, just a batch date and a 'best by:' date. -

Can you use this coffee to make regular brew coffee, not cold brew?
Answer: You bet! It being labeled a cold brew bean is just a recommendation! All our coffees can be prepared in a variety of methods. From drip, french press, kyoto cold brew, espresso, you name it! -
Question:
How many tablespoons per cup of coffee?
Answer: I make 32 ounces at a time with 14 tablespoons then add an additional 16 ounces of water after it is brewed. Really depends on what strength you want. -
Question:
What is the acidity of this brew? Looking for something low acid and organic.
Answer: I buy this and use for cold brew. The flavor is pretty good and not acid at all.
