The LU2-4 laser head is a newly upgraded laser head from Ortur, compatible with most of their machines. It is a complete plug-and-play option that can replace the existing laser head. However, adding the adapter board would provide more reliability, and a second power supply would be beneficial. The laser output power is 10W, and the wood cutting thickness depends on the material's density. The after-sales email can provide a parameter table for common basswood plywood. The LU2-4 laser head has a smaller spot than all laser heads on the market, improving engraving effects. Customers have enjoyed the upgrade to their Ortur machines, finding the laser head compatible and simple to install. However, one customer noted their unit turned off occasionally due to the power plug not locking in place. Another customer received a used and poorly repackaged product, limiting their initial experience. Overall, customers were satisfied with the performance and output of the LU2-4 laser head, with one customer noting it was perfect for their wood engraving needs. However, one customer was not impressed, stating that it did not cut or engrave as advertised.
