This pyramidal wonder opens after pressing down on the top peak, with four oiled pistons smoothly rising to expose both cutters' stainless steel blades to the user. With the V-Cut option, you are able to cut a wedge as deep as 7mm on up to a 60-ring gauge , while the S-Cut side allows you to effortlessly and cleanly remove the cap of up to a 70-ring gauge . Weighing in at over one pound, this tabletop cutter feels as sturdy as it looks, and the rubber gasket covering the rim of the base makes sure it stays in place while it performs its job.
