The coil spring is thicker than the original spring being removed but the replacement spring is shorter. The product fits perfectly on the rear suspension of 1997 thru 2006 Jeep Wrangler TJs. These springs are at the factory height so they will not raise your Jeep any higher than original equipment, but it will raise a sagging rear suspension. The quality of the product is impressive which will improve the ride quality of your Jeep.
