Propper Pants F525284 Editorial Review
The Propper Men's Lightweight Tactical Pant is a great option for those in search of comfortable, durable, and stylish tactical pants. These pants feature a 65/35 poly-cotton ripstop fabric blend which makes them strong, water-resistant, and stain-resistant. The pocket configuration is very similar to 5.11 tactical pants and includes 2 front pockets with 2 inner pockets, 2 back pockets, 2 cargo pockets, and a cell phone/mag pocket on the left. The knee area is spacious enough to accommodate small knee pads, making them ideal for tactical activities. The pants feature a zipper fly with a snap but some reviews indicate that the snap does not stay securely clasped. There is a button on the top of the pants above the zipper that is very weak, making it unreliable when moving around, bending over, sitting, etc. Customers are advised to order a size up while purchasing these pants as they tend to be tight in the seat. The back pockets have inner pockets that are difficult to access due to the tightness of the outer pocket and its Velcro fastener. Lastly, the pants need more belt loops; there are only three in the back and two in the front. Overall, the Propper Men's Lightweight Tactical Pant is comfortable, durable, and looks stylish, but the snap and inner pockets need improvement.
