Answer: The maximum material hardness is HRC-40. -

Will the blade create a lot of sparks when cutting?
Answer: No, it is designed to emit minimal cutting sparks. -

Does it come with replacement screws?
Answer: The new blades does have new screw. -

Is blade for the smaller cutter? Up to a #6
Answer: I have never cut number 6 but I am sure it will. -
Question:
Will these cut 60 grade? That's what we are required to use.
Answer: That's all we cut with ours, making the blades last is based on the operator. With someone who lets the tool do the work and not forcing it, they seem to hold up pretty well. -
Question:
Can I use these blades on a grinder?
Answer: Why would you, I am not sure you can but I would invest in getting the BN 20 saw for a few hundred dollars and cut rebar up to 15m like butter. I don't think they fit a grinder. It's custom made for that particular saw only. -
Question:
If the 20 bnce will fit the 50 bnce?
Answer: Not sure what you mean here.
