Answer: Not sure, you are talking about an old starter they may have used the same one but I would try and find the model number of the starter on your car. Toyota used this starter for years as well as Nissan. My bet would be yes this would work, just do your homework. -

Will this fit a 2008 Toyota Tundra 5.7?
Answer: Start solenoid are the same so the contacts are fairly the same. I used the same one on my Corolla and Lexus LS400. -

Answer: It works for 98 Lexus GS and 05 GX. Buick I don’t know, sorry. -

Answer: Check your starter relay. When mine went it did the same. -

You have two different starter rebuild kits that say they will fit my 4runner but I don't know which one is the right one! (ND-36SOL or ND-34SOL)
Answer: NatMac, I bought the 36 to fix my 89 corvette starter. The only real way to verify is to take your starter apart and verify the contacts match the pics of the kit. Its really just one copper conductor that's different. IIRC the 36 would work either way but it's been a while since I had mine apart. -
