Does this come with the mounting bracket? Want to add this to a throne that isnt set up for a back rest.
Answer: It comes with what you see in the photo. My throne had the hole on the bottom for mounting the back rest. It all depends on what throne you have. -

Answer: It turns with the throne seat. It attaches to the underside of the seat. -

Can it be attached to the softy round throne (9608-SFT)?
Answer: If the bottom of the throne has the threaded connection point then it should fit. If it does, measure from the connection point to the edge of the seat to confirm clearance. -
