The JessEm Mast-R-Fence III Router Table Fence has a solid build but lacks accuracy in the sub fences, which caused unevenness between the in-feed and out-feed. One customer had to send the product back due to defects in the wood fence, while another mentioned the fence arrived with a significant bow in the middle, which affects precision joinery. Some customers had to build accurate sub fences themselves as the product did not include them, which costs almost $300. However, others noted that it installs flawlessly with the JessEm Mat-R-Lift Excel Router Table and has excellent build quality. One noted that the photos do not do this fence justice and that it is worth the extra cost. There were some customer service complaints from a customer whose bent fence was not responded to by Jessem, but a separate customer had success buying a new one from another seller.
