The Hioki IR4018-20 is equipped with a testing voltage of 500VDC, rated resistance of 1000 Mega-Ohm, and an accuracy of +/-5 percent of the indicated value between 2-1000 mega-Ohms. The lower limit resistance is 1 mega-ohm, ensuring accurate measurement results.
For added safety, this insulation HiTester provides overload protection of 1200 VAC for 10 seconds. Additionally, it offers AC voltage measurement capabilities from 0 to 600V with an accuracy of +/-5 percent of the maximum scale value and a minimum input resistance of 500 Kilo-ohms. Other helpful functions include a bright LED luminous scale, drop-proof construction, battery check, live circuit check, and auto discharge.
The Hioki IR4018-20 is powered by four AA alkaline batteries, providing a continuous usage time of up to 15 hours (at 500V range, no load). With its compact dimensions of 159mm width by 177mm height by 53mm depth, this insulation HiTester is portable and easy to carry around. It comes with essential accessories like the test lead L9787, Instruction Manual, LR6 (AA) alkaline batteries x 4, and a shoulder strap for added convenience.
