WOWTK Forward Controls Offset Clevis Footpeg Conversion Kit is designed to replace offset Clevis non-standard peg mounts in Harley Davidson Sportster 1200. It is made of aluminum and not steel like the factory mounts. The conversion kit is economical but has a few drawbacks that might disappoint the customers. The shaft is too thick, which causes the brake pedal not to move freely once mounted. The clevis shaft thread is metric, which would require a trip to the hardware store. The pivot pin for the peg is also sloppy inside the mount, which could be improved with the addition of new spring washers. The installation process could be complicated, and a lathe might be required to remove tiny fractions for the conversion kit to fit perfectly. Despite the drawbacks, WOWTK Forward Controls Offset Clevis Footpeg Conversion Kit provides a budget-friendly option for forward mounts.
