However, one customer received a Console that was not properly refurbished and found a piece of the unit bouncing around inside the Console. Another customer received a Console that appeared to be from a garbage can, with a filthy drive bay. This customer also stated that the Console had not been properly taken apart for refurbishment. One customer had a negative experience with the Console, stating that it turned on only once before shutting off and not turning back on.
