The guitar is very loud when unplugged, but it fully comes to life when plugged in. The guitar comes at an affordable price, and any little adjustments to the bridge and action can create a wide range of tonalities. However, the unplugged sound is not very exciting, as the guitar's laminated, pressed top cannot develop a full, rich sound on its own. There are also reported issues of fret buzz and floating bridge problems, requiring care when changing the strings, but overall, it is a great guitar. The guitar does not come with a case, but there is a recommended case that fits perfectly.
