    Answer: I have used them on gophers in my lawn and the harm to my lawn was the holes the gopher did.

    Answer: No, it’s designed to work in an enclosed sealed area like a mole tunnel. It produces a lot of white smoke and will only dissipate very quickly if used under a deck. Sorry.

    Answer: I'd be more worried about the horses stepping in the tunnels and hurting themselves, but yes, it should be safe to use as it is underground and none should escape into the air if used properly.

    Answer: Yes as long as the smoke is not hitting the well or water.
  • Question: Will it work on armadillos?

    Answer: The label does not mention armadillos.
  • Question: After it kills the gophers is the dead gopher poisonous to wildlife that might eat it?

    Answer: I would think not, as the gopher has died from Lack of oxygen from the smoke bomb.
  • Question: Will it work on deer mice?

    Answer: Deer mice have different places to hide. Gophers are underground in tunnels where a smoke bomb can kill them by suffocation. The chance of fire is low in a hole in the ground. Deer mice can be killed by this product but the environment they hide in usually is flammable and wont contain the gasses to suffocate the mice. Traps or bait work much better. I wouldn't use this product unless they were in a gopher hole.
