I have 4 panels and using your y connectors. I am getting 18v should I hook my batteries up as 24v or 12v for charging?
Answer: 12v. The charge controller should only supply what’s needed on its own and not the whole 18v. Will likely read 14.5 at the battery. This is normal under charging conditions. -

Will it charge a 100ah deep cycle agm battery and can it be charging while the battery is being used? Thank you!!
Answer: 2 panels will. But not a good idea to drain heavily while charging. Takes about 6-8 hours for full charge with no load. -

I'd like to connect two of these in parallel and then plug them into a zamp solar input on my vehicle. What kind of charge controller do I need?
Answer: Best are the MTPT. Not sure did not hook up this way. -
