Nutritionist's Take

The New Balance Casual Flex Orthotic Inserts are designed primarily for foot comfort and support rather than nutritional benefits. Their cushioning can help improve posture, distribute weight evenly, and reduce the risk of joint pain. While they do not directly impact diet or provide nutritional value, proper foot health is crucial for physical activity, which in turn can support better overall health. However, potential drawbacks include that they may not be suitable for everyone; individuals with specific foot conditions should consult with a podiatrist before use. There are no significant health claims tied to nutrition, but the choice of high-quality materials may affect durability and comfort. Overall, these inserts could be a healthy addition to an active lifestyle when combined with a balanced diet and regular exercise.
