Question: How much sugar is in this product?

Answer: Tonnes!!
Question: Do you use hot water to brew this and leave it to cool, or do you brew it in cold water?

Answer: Hot, but not too hot or you'll burn the tea. It should NOT be boiling. Just a slight bubbling. The best test for it being the right temp is if you can put your finger in the water for a few seconds without it hurting. It should be hot, but not burn your finger & leave a blister hot. Then just put your bag in and let it steep with the heat OFF for 5 mins. Then let it cool completely before putting it in the fridge (if you want to serve it cold) or it will turn bitter.
Question: Is there a peach flavour one?

Answer: Yes
Question: Can this be made hot?

Answer: Yes, I've made it hot but it tastes better chilled.
Question: Does it go well with sparkling water?

Answer: In principle, this should not be an issue. In practice, the powder is crystalline so needs to be shaken, or stirred, to dissolve it. This shaking/stirring will likely decarbonise sparkling water. Though you might try dissolving it into a smaller quantity of still water (to make an activated paste), then dilute the paste with chilled sparkling water when the time comes.
Question: How many litres does this make?

Answer: I think I use to get about 20 liters, but you can make the drink as strong or as weak as you like. 20 quarts = 40 pints. This is a deliceous summer drink.
Question: How long should you keep this before it cannot be consumed any longer?

Answer: As long as it's stored in a dry place, it will last.
Question: Does anyone know why Lipton ice do a decaffeinated range if this one is caffeine free? What are the ingredients please?

Answer: Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Acids (Malic Acid, Citric Acid), Black Tea Extract (0.14%), Peach Juice from Concentrate (0.1%), Flavourings, Antioxidant (Ascorbic Acid), Acidity Regulator (Trisodium Citrate), Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides). Tastes best when chilled. Refrigerate after opening and drink within 5 days. Best Before End: See Shoulder of Bottle.
