It's nine times stronger and 39 percent more absorbent than the standard Aquacel® dressing, making it suitable for moderate to more serious wounds. This Aquacel® Extra™ Hydrofiber® dressing has two-dimensional strengthening fibers in its stitching for high durability. These fibers will gel on contact with fluid, allowing the dressing to absorb the moisture from wounds. By helping to create a moist environment, this Aquacel® Extra 4 × 5 inch wound dressing can speed up the healing of your skin.
