Hugger Mugger Foam Wedges BL-FOAM-WEDGE-PURPLE Editorial Review
The Hugger Mugger Yoga Wedge is a great tool for those who need a gentle lift for sensitive wrists during yoga practice. Made of EVA foam, this wedge is stiff and provides great stability. The foam texture also makes it non-slip, but some people may still find it slippery if their hands are oily, excessively sweaty, or if they use lotion. To avoid slipping, it can be placed under the yoga mat. However, the wedge is 1 and 3/4 inches high on the thick end, which may not be suitable for everyone. Some users have reported that they couldn't fit their entire hand on it or that it was too short. It is 17 inches long and 20 inches wide on the slant surface and on the base. Overall, the Hugger Mugger Yoga Wedge is a quality product that is good for supporting joints during yoga practice. It's great for squats, calf stretches or as a hand support. Many users have found it helpful for wrist pain relief.
