What does the ANSI FL-1 standard mean?
Answer: It provides a benchmark for the performance measurements of handheld lights, ensuring reliability in output and run time. -

Answer: Yes, the silicone mount can accommodate diameters from 15-35mm and includes clips for versatile attachment. -

Is this light suitable for use in wet conditions?
Answer: Yes, it is designed to be water-resistant, making it suitable for various weather conditions. -

How do you get it open to change the batteries?
Answer: You have to pry the red lense off the silver base using the slot at the bottom. This is the worst feature of this light, but I have changed the batteries on mine at least 50 times and it is still working. -

Does it have a rear clip? is it easily attached to a backpack?
Answer: Yes, it has a rear clip. I don't remember what the clip looks like. -
Question:
Does it work with Ni-Mh rechargeable batteries?
Answer: Yes. That is all I use. Unlike some lights, instead of quitting all of a sudden, this light gets dimmer and dimmer. I want it to be its brightest so I recharge after 7 hours with no noticeable dimming. It will go much longer though. -

Does this have a strobe feature?
Answer: Yes, it has solid, blinking, and strobe modes. -
Question:
How do you get it open to change the batteries?
Answer: Pull it apart.
