Generac Generators 7000 Editorial Review
**** The smart management module has received a mix of feedback from customers, highlighting both ease of use and some durability concerns. Initially, users have praised the unit for its straightforward installation and functionality. One reviewer noted that despite early concerns regarding design issues, the real problem stemmed from their electric utility service, which was promptly resolved through troubleshooting steps provided in the documentation. However, a significant number of users reported issues with the longevity of the product. There are mentions of units failing shortly after the warranty period, with some customers expressing frustration over the lack of responsive customer service and support for repair or replacement. A few noted that what appeared to be production issues with the control/computer boards led to unexpected failures, prompting a search for alternative solutions. Although some installations seem to be running smoothly with no problems after months of usage, the sentiment surrounding warranty limitations and customer support has left many users dissatisfied. The disparity between the positive installation experiences and the negative feedback regarding reliability and customer service creates a complex picture for potential buyers. Overall, this product may be effective for those looking for an easy-to-install solution initially, but Prospective users should be cautious and Consider the warranty terms and customer support options before making a purchase. **
