The TOPGREENER Dual Tech Humidity Sensor Switch is a 2-pack switch that includes a PIR motion and air moisture detection technology that controls bathroom fan and light. This product includes adjustable timing and a neutral wire that is required. The FAQ confirmed that the fan and light have separate control panels and that it can work with fluorescent lights. Moreover, the humidity sensor does not turn off the fan after it senses humidity in the room, so it automatically turns itself on again. However, this device does not have a 20-amp rate but a 500-watt rate. The reviews show mixed customer opinions with 3 out of the 10 reviews highlighting the product's failure to work correctly. For example, one customer was unimpressed with the PIR technology, finding that it sensed movement from the hallway, even though it was not facing it. The motion sensor turning on the lights after the user has entered the bathroom and staying on for at least ten minutes also concerned another user.
