What voltage is the switch rated for?
Answer: The switch is rated for 36 volts, which is suitable for a 6 ea 6 volt battery setup. -
Question:
Will this work with a 97 EZGO TXT with the normal forward reverse switch under your legs?
Answer: This switch is designed for the dash-mounted forward and reverse switch used with PDS type controller. It may not be compatible with the under-leg switch on a 97 EZGO TXT. -

Will this switch work on a 12V system?
Answer: The switch does not limit voltage or current for the application, so it should work on a 12V system. -

Is this a 4 pin switch?
Answer: No, this is a 3 pin switch. -
Question:
Does this come with installation instructions?
Answer: The one I received did not have instructions. I used the same wire layout as the old switch I was replacing. -
Question:
Does it matter what voltage my cart is? I have a 48V.
Answer: This part is specifically for the 48VDC model. The switch is always hermetically sealed and requires replacement when the contacts brown out. You can drill out the rivets and replace them with U nuts and stainless cap screws for a finished look.
