Question:
Will these screws work with my 2020 Taylor 214 on the neck? If not, will the stock screw work?
Answer: Not sure if it would. It depends on the size screw you have in your guitar. They were too small for my strat to be secure. I had to either drill the button out or use the toothpick trick in the screw hole. I choose the toothpick trick with some glue to take up some space in the screw hole. It’s worked superbly ever since. -
Question:
What size screws do these use?
Answer: Not sure about the exact screw size but they are smaller in diameter than the original ones. Ended up drilling out the hole a little bigger and using the original screws with the fender buttons. They work great otherwise. Hope this helps. -
Question:
Will these locks fit over Schaller buttons?
Answer: Yes but only the older Schaller
