Nutritionist's Take
SOLGAR Quercetin Complex with Ester-C Plus is a well-regarded supplement among nutritionists for its immune support properties. Quercetin is a flavonoid known for its antioxidant effects, while Ester-C offers a gentler form of vitamin C that is less likely to upset the stomach. The inclusion of non-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, and kosher certifications makes this product appealing to a range of dietary needs. However, some nutritionists caution that while quercetin has potential benefits for inflammation and respiratory health, the clinical evidence is not universally strong. Additionally, individuals on certain medications should consult with healthcare professionals before use. Overall, this product may support immune health, but it's essential to consider it as part of a balanced diet rather than a substitute for whole foods.

Many appreciate Solgar's commitment to using glass containers for packaging, which is less common among supplements today. With each capsule providing essential immune health benefits, this product remains a go-to for many health-conscious individuals looking for reliable dietary support.
