Skyjacker Shock Absorbers H7003 Editorial Review
** Skyjacker H7003 Softride Hydro Shock Absorber** The Skyjacker H7003 Softride Hydro Shock Absorber has garnered attention for its significant improvement in ride quality, particularly for modified vehicles like the GM AWD vans and H3 models. Many users have reported transformative experiences after installing these shocks, especially when transitioning from stock components. Those who had previously encountered harsh rides due to lifted suspensions and limited down travel have praised the H7003 for alleviating these issues, resulting in smoother and more controlled handling. Installation is generally straightforward, and it appears to fit specific models even when not listed in standard fitment guides, which adds to its allure for vehicle customizers. Several reviewers note that they experienced a night-and-day difference in comfort after the installation, with one user specifically highlighting the seamless transition from rough terrains to smooth driving. However, some users have encountered issues with the gas charge in the shocks, citing that one unit arrived without gas, which significantly impacted performance. Another review mentioned the lack of clear installation instructions for the washers and bushings, which could pose a slight challenge for less experienced installers. Nonetheless, the overriding sentiment is one of satisfaction, with customers enjoying a much softer ride overall. **
