Z-Lite CSCH Billiard Cue Stand, Chrome

The customer experience with this product reveals a blend of appreciation for its design and functionality, alongside significant concerns regarding quality and customer service. Many users find the product aesthetically pleasing, noting that it adds an attractive element to their game rooms. The weighted base has been praised for providing stability, which is essential for holding pool cues securely. However, this appeal is overshadowed by issues regarding the Construction and quality of materials used. Customers have reported problems with the grooved connector meant to attach the pool cue holder to the base, describing it as flimsy and poorly designed. A notable frustration stems from defects in the metalwork, specifically with the varnish application, leading to dissatisfaction with the overall finish. These recurring issues have led to the need for replacements, which have not resolved the initial concerns. Additionally, interactions with customer service have been unhelpful, with some customers experiencing dismissive attitudes during their inquiries, which only adds to the negative experience. Overall, while the product possesses strong visual appeal and foundational stability, the quality concerns and subpar customer service have affected its reception among users. **
