Nutritionist's Take
Smidge® Sensitive Probiotic Powder (GutPro®) is generally well-regarded among nutritionists for its focus on gut health. Composed of hypoallergenic strains, including Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, it caters to individuals with sensitivities, offering a gentler option compared to many commercial probiotics. Its formulation supports digestive health and immune function, which are critical components of overall wellbeing. However, some nutritionists caution about the high dosage per scoop, suggesting beginners start with a lower amount to assess tolerance. While it is free from common allergens such as gluten and dairy, individuals with complex health issues should consult a healthcare professional before use. Overall, Smidge is considered a beneficial choice for those seeking to improve gut flora and promote digestive health, but like any supplement, it should complement a balanced diet rather than replace it.
