Answer: No flicker in my Gladiator they are plug-and-play -

Did anyone else have issues getting the beam even?
Answer: I could not get the Oracle lighting H13 bulbs to provide a good light pattern for my Jeep Wrangler JL. I finally gave up and replaced them with GENSSI Elite LED Headlight Bulbs. The GENSSI bulbs are adjustable and provide a much better light pattern. -
Question:
Will these headlights fit in a 2021 Jeep Gladiator JT?
Answer: I replaced the factory light bulbs on my 2019 Wrangler JL with this set and they have worked with no issues. They both use H13 bulbs so I do not see any reason why they would not fit. No modifications were done on my installation. Hope this helps. -

Answer: I installed them on a 2020 JL. The anti-flicker part of the light assembly fits into the OEM light housing, making for a clean plug and play setup. -
