Answer: This will not prevent but it will help with clearing it. -

What are the instructions to use the defogger?
Answer: You can use their cleaner damp or dry to go over the inside of your windshield. Slightly dampen one side with plain tap water and go over the glass, then turn it over and use the dry side. It has been a real help.
