The latches on the case are black plastic with the "bam" logo on them and are opened via a button on the bottom of the latch. Customers have also confirmed that the case comes with a pouch for the neck. If the buyer lost the keys to the Cabine Lock, they could contact the dealer to request for replacement parts from Bam.
