Mailbox Post Solutions Post-Mount Mailboxes FBA_MTTL-LJ Editorial Review
The Mail Tattle-Tail Mail Alert Flag is a solidly made metal flag with stainless steel hardware that does not require batteries and is designed to adapt to any mailbox. It alerts customers when their mail has been delivered by raising a yellow flag when the mailbox is opened. Customers praise how easy it is to install and appreciate that it does not require batteries. It is also commented that it works as advertised and saves trips to the mailbox. One reviewer even notes that their postal delivery person likes the product. However, the height of the flag is a common concern for those with larger mailboxes, with some stating that it needs to be taller and would be better if it went upwards above the mailbox. Additionally, one negative review notes that the flag can freeze in the winter and become covered with snow or ice causing it to stop working. Overall, the Mail Tattle-Tail Mail Alert Flag is a well-made product that works as designed, but may not be suitable for all mailbox sizes and locations.
