Answer: Usually, if a collar won't hold its sizing, it's because the triglide (the square adjustment piece) has cracked. The Basics material is softer and slipperier that the other materials we use, but the way we build the collar, it should stay adjusted the way you want it. You have to look pretty close to see a crack. If you continue to have difficulty, please contact us! -
