Nitze Camera Mounts & Clamps N64F Editorial Review
The Nitze Quick Release NATO Clamp with ARRI Rosette - N64F has garnered a generally positive reception from customers, particularly for its practicality and solid build quality. Users appreciate the tool-less assembly feature, which aligns with the demands of on-the-go filming setups. The clamp is especially popular among those utilizing ARRI Rosette handles, as it facilitates quick adjustments for electronic viewfinders (EVFs) and other accessories, allowing the height to be tailored comfortably to the user's eye level. While the majority of reviews commend the clamp for its sturdy design, some users have raised concerns regarding its suitability for heavier rigs. The clamp is described as reliable for smaller setups, like those based on the FX3, but users are advised against using it for top or side handles due to its limited grip strength—stress testing reveals it may not support heavier configurations adequately. Ultimately, the Nitze NATO Clamp excels in offering a versatile and compact solution for lightweight rig assemblage, though users with larger, more cumbersome setups may want to explore alternative products. **
