How should I dilute the ERC #1 Epoxy Cleaner for optimal use?

This concentrated cleaner can be mixed in different dilutions depending on the severity of the stains. For general cleaning, a 1:10 ratio of cleaner to water is effective, while heavier stains may require a 1:5 ratio.
