Polycom Phones Editorial Review
Polycom SoundStation IP 6000 with Power Supply Included is a robust corded conference phone designed for VoIP environments. Users have highlighted its excellent microphone pickup, allowing clear audio capture across large conference rooms. However, some users expressed concerns about its reliability, noting several devices failed shortly after the warranty period. A particularly frustrating limitation is its inability to dial numbers longer than 10 digits from a dial tone, which has caused dissatisfaction among some users. Despite these drawbacks, many appreciate the superior audio quality and have used it successfully in various settings, underlining its potential to perform well if reliability can be ensured.
